Each situation is unique into itself and in all cases the quickest and easiest is to call for an appointment to discuss your specific circumstances; which will put us on the path for construction. - Do we have to build with your plan or can we choose our own?
We have several different plan books to choose from or you can bring in your own and we will work from it. - Where can we go for plans?
We have several different books with specific models in which can be changed and altered or as I call it enhanced to your specific needs. Or if you want over 7000 plans www.dreamhomesource.com or www.designbasics.com are two sites that we recommend. - Can you build on our lot or yours?
We can build on any lot available. We currently do have a new development located in Leverett Place in Alton, Il. - Can you?
We can do anything that you can pay for. That is the beauty of custom building. In some cases your ideas may not be cost effective, but we will work through it together. - Where do you build?
We build where the customers are. We have had jobs in Alton, Bethalto, Godfrey, Grafton, Jerseyville, Dow, Winchester, Brownstown, Virden, Eagarville, Beckemeyer, Benton, just to name a few.We will even build in Missouri. Our developments only represent 20% of our construction sites, so the majority of our jobs are on your lots. - Do you have any spec houses for sale?
We do not build speculatively. Being a custom builder, we build what our customers want. - Are you set in your ways, unwilling to try new ideas?
Heavens No!! We feel very fortunate, that building 20 to 40 custom homes per year that we get a lot of new ideas from our customers. We can then share those ideas with future customers. - Are there specific advantages?
